Local Drop-Off Service

• Eligibility: Available for customers within a 10-mile radius of postcode OL8 1NP
• Delivery Fee: £5
• Verification: We will verify the delivery address to confirm eligibility for local drop-off.
• If Outside 15-Mile Radius:
  • Option 1: We will contact you via email to arrange shipping through Royal Mail at the applicable rate.
  • Option 2: If we do not receive a response within 48 hours  we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a full refund.

We are pleased to offer standard shipping across the whole of the UK. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of £3,39, or free for orders over £50
